Full-time employees are scheduled for a 40+ hour work week. They are usually paid between $20-$25 per hour and are offered benefits. Some benefits the employer will offer are 6 paid sick/personal days per year, 2 weeks paid vacation (one week planned by employer, one week coordinated with employer by employee), paid major holidays off, and sometimes medical health insurance.
