We realize people have a need for an extra pair of helping hands for assistance with household chores, errands, nurturing, cooking, and driving. Traditions TLC will help you find the best nanny for your family, to ensure quality service and maximum satisfaction.
A nanny’s job is, first and foremost, to take care of children and provide them with a safe, stimulating, and loving environment. At Traditions TLC we ensure that all our nannies are quality people that can provide everything for the child that the family needs.
Although compensation and benefits are something that is decided on an individual basis with each nanny and their family, we want to give you a general idea of what to expect. Depending on the experience and amount of responsibilities you give your nanny you can expect to pay full-time nannies who work 35 to 55 hours per week around $2,700 to $3,400 per month and part-time nannies who work from 20 to 35 hours per week around $18 to $25 per hour. Benefits are also usually included: paid sick days, paid holidays, health insurance. Reimbursement for day-to-day child expenses are also expected.
