Getting Started

 

So you’ve decided to use Traditions TLC to find your perfect personal assistant? Great! We couldn’t be more pleased. We hope to make this the simplest process possible.

To get started hiring a personal assistant we ask our clients, prior to making an appointment with our agency, to please take a look at the ‘SERVICES OFFERED’ page and understand what the specific needs are, e .g. do you want a full time nanny (40+ hours a week) or a part-time nanny (20-30 hours a week)?

After you have established your needs please go to the ‘REQUEST SERVICES’ tab on the website and fill out our simple form. Once you have done this Victoria Green, the Traditions TLC team coordinator will be in touch within 2-3 business days. She will ask you a few short questions, send you the terms and conditions, and set up an appointment with our executive director, Dominique Rose. At the appointment we will be sure to understand who your optimal personal assistant should be for you, as well as go over the final details. After that, you’re done, until you meet your potential candidates to choose from!
